- June 14 to June 28, 2025: €1,700/night – minimum 5 nights
- June 28 to July 12, 2025: €17,500/week
- July 12 to July 26, 2025: €21,000/week
- July 26 to August 23, 2025: €24,000/week
- August 23 to August 30, 2025: €21,000/week
- August 30 to September 13, 2025: €1,700/night – minimum 5 nights
- September 13 to December 27, 2025: €1,300/night – minimum 3 nights

Security deposit
- 30% of total amount on reservation
- 30% three months before date of stay
- 40% one week before arrival date

Deposit
- A deposit of €5000 is required upon confirmation of your order.
Refund
- More than 4 months before arrival date: deposit refunded.
- Between 90 days and 30 days before arrival: the deposit is partially refunded.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund
